The beta-alanine amino acid in BETA A+ acts against fatigue and has ergogenic effects.

Beta-alanine plays its role through its antioxidant power but mainly through the regeneration of Carnosine, a dipeptide consisting of two amino acids, beta-alanine and histidine. Histidine is more plentiful in our body and this makes beta-alanine a limiting factor in making Carnosine.

The main role of Carnosine is its buffer effect at muscle level that causes an increase in resistance and promotes recovery after training or a competition. The lactic acid that accumulates in the muscles is split into lactate and hydrogen ions (H+). It is the accumulation of the hydrogen ions that causes the drop in pH in the muscle cells. Carnosine delays this process inside the muscle cell, therefore increasing endurance and slowing down the onset of fatigue.

Therefore, BETA A+ has antioxidant, fatigue-fighting and ergogenic properties, improves both aerobic and anaerobic performance and works as a cell buffer.



Take 1 tablet once a day with water.
