K2 PHASE+

K2 PHASE+ is patented for the new extended-release creatine, called KreaFast, together with a faster creatine monohydrate. It is great for athletes who need to maintain constant energy during training that requires increased explosiveness and muscle strength.

Creatine is used in the muscles to regenerate ATP (energy) during the first few seconds of muscle contraction. Approximately 95% of the body's creatine is stored in skeletal muscle, two-thirds of which is in the form of Pcr (phosphocreatine). In this form it is used an energy reserve for muscle contraction, quickly available for new ATP synthesis. The energy supplied for the production of ATP during and after exercise mainly depends on the amount of PCR deposited in the muscle. Therefore, the ability to maintain a constant effort level decreases as the Pcr reserves decrease. With creatine supplementation you can increase the availability of Pcr, allowing for ATP synthesis during high-intensity and short-interval exercises. It is essential for strength training which almost all athletes must do as part of their training routine. It is especially useful in anaerobic training (all long and short sprints), combat sports and 'stop-go' sports, which are common in team sports (rugby, basketball, hockey, football).

The registered trademark KreaFast is a gastroprotective creatine monohydrate. It is a extended-release creatine with a two-phase composition, which guarantees a high and safe absorption. This type of tablet allows the creatine to cross into the gastric tract without undergoing any degradation. It also has a solvent-free coating and uses natural colors.

K2 PHASE is a two-phase system and is composed of rapid-absorption creatine and slow-absorption creatine inserted within microstructures of magnesium hydroxide, which has been designed to increase absorption, while minimizing the toxicity of by-products. This creatine system is an extended-release system supported by a magnesium hydroxide lamella, or layer.
A special technique called HEBM (High Energy Ball Milling) was used to create a sort of support (seizure) in the magnesium hydroxide for the creatine. The goal was to anchor the creatine to this support in order to generate the ideal release of creatine over time.

sistema bifasico k2 phase>p>This is due to the quick elimination mechanism in the body between two doses, which causes a drop in the plasma concentration below the minimum effective concentration values (MEC). This implies a discontinuous intake of the active ingredient in the action sites and the lack of continuity for the end result.

KREFAST works in a dosage regimen similar to the traditional one; however, the extended release creatine was created to achieve the optimal creatine concentration (MEC), while reducing the risk of side effect and increasing absorption levels. According to clinical studies, the recommended doses can guarantee this result without releasing excessive amounts of creatine and guaranteeing the full use of the creatine taken in by the body.

The active transport using the dependent transporter CT1 Na/Cl, and an amino acid carrier, has a saturation limit with a resulting accumulation of creatine in the kidneys and an elevated excretion of methylamine and formaldehyde, both of which are molecules that exhibit mutagenic and carcinogenic activity (J: R: Poortmans et al., Med. Sci. Sports Exerc. 37 (2005) 1717-1720). The passage of creatine into the plasma is carried out by the carriers, which transfer creatine from the intestinal lumen to the plasma. The amount of creatine in the blood grows until these carriers have become saturated, which means that at this point even if you continue increasing the doses of creatine administered, the amount that actually passes into the bloodstream does not increase. So, the excess creatine gets eliminated, without making any improvements in the athletic performance. (KREA) gives you a dose of quick, ready-to-use creatine and allows for fast access to plasma concentrations. It also has a slow, steady release of creatine (KREA/Mg(OH)2) to balance the active percentage that is produced and eliminated, therefore preventing any drop in creatine plasma levels between one dose to the next.

According to the M.Greenwood study (J.Exerc. Physiol. 6 (2003) 37-43), the average amount of creatine used by our bodies daily is 12g (12+- 1.3g). To show the effectiveness of the creatine molecule bound to a magnesium hydroxide some tests were performed on samples of various forms of creatine, at pH 7.4 and at 37 ° C, and they were analyzed at predetermined time intervals (after 15 ', 30', 1h, 2h, 3h, 5h). The results are shown in the graph in Figure 1, with pure creatine (blue line) as the reference sample, while the creatine Mg(OH)2 is represented by the red line.

Here the Mg(OH)2 Creatine sample (red line) confirms the gradual and controlled release, as seen in the previous graph, which has constant percentage over time between 60% and 70%, as compared to the pure creatine (black line), which quickly reaches a release of 95% but then drops quickly to 65%. The creatine molecule with magnesium oxide shows a creatine release profile that is slower and gradual over time. According to the M.Greenwood study, in order to achieve and maintain an optimal therapeutic effect, the recommended dosage of this free creatine and extended released creatine (fast + slow) compound is 4 doses per day.

Usage

Take 3 tablets once a day before training, with water. For athletes who perform agonistic activity take 2 tablets before training and 3 after.

Keep out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Indicated for the sportsmen diet for no more than a month.
