Soccer is an extremely popular sport worldwide — especially in Italy, thanks to decades of tradition created by athletes at the highest levels. Even at an amateur level soccer is very common among athletes looking to perform their best during their Sunday matches!
Soccer is a typical endurance sport and is, therefore, characterized by time and long distances. However, we should not underestimate the fact that it is also performed in harsh conditions (cold, rain, etc.) and even in uphill stretches; therefore, the training may involve similar weather conditions in addition to requiring significant muscular resistance.
For this reason, we have provided a subdivision of three categories:


for those who have only recently begun practicing the sport or that, in any case, prefer not to opt for stronger supplementation; amateur but with a sprint!


for those who have been training for a significant amount of time and want to optimize their results; for those who do not want to simply hack around


for those who have been training regularly and intensely and want to reach levels of excellence, or for those who approach the sport at a professional level
