 CRM+ is a food supplement based on creatine monohydrate which promotes the gain of muscle mass and the regeneration of ATP during exercise. The recommended dosage is 3g to 6g per day for 20-28 days, ideal to take before physical activity.

For a daily intake of 3 g of creatine: take 3.4 g of product (one level scoop) once a day, dissolve in a glass of water. For adult athletes, the daily intake can reach 6 g of creatine for no more than a month: in this case, take 6.8 g of product (2 level scoops) per day.
